This company only care about the freeloading youtubers not aying customers, my daughters box was damaged as a product had emptied over everything as a replacement she got a insulting schet of protein powder which where old stock on there website that no one wanted they give out unwanted items that are near there sell by date my daughter wanted to send it back but they wouldnt send the postage it was one product ruined it I'm talking of 6 products soaked really bad customers service from Sarah who thought we where being unreasonable very shoddy horrible company just like to add Sarah treats all paying customers terrible but if your on youtube you get the best of stuff there a joke

I love that I can discover new brands each month through the subscription beauty box, and the fact that I can choose my own products makes it that much more appealing. The curated edits they offer are a real treat and they make such good gifts, which always go down really well.

A great way to discover new brands from their personalised subscription service. They always have a great selection of products to choose from and the collection boxes never disappoint. I can't recommend it enough!

I have been a subscriber with Latest in Beauty since their infancy. As a beauty box addict [previous beautician] , I have belonged to every subscription box going, which needed to stop. LIB is the only one I have kept going. For me, it ticks all the boxes, the opportunity to experience new, innovative products, being able to pick your edit, great value collection boxes, amazing discounts and members awards. I enjoy the whole experience of watching the Instagram lives before choosing my edit. It is a different and unique beauty box subscription.

I have purchased from this company for a year now. I have had no problems with delivery and I love having the choice to pick the products I want. I love the little touches they have such as the golden tickets. And I will continue to shop with them.

Have been having LiB boxes for several years now. Love the fact you choose your products rather than receiving a box of random products that may/may not be suitable. Always a good selection of products to choose from and a good mix of skin/hair/nail care plus make-up. Thoroughly recommend.

I've been a subscriber of LiB for a few years now and I absolutely love being able to choose my own products in my monthly box. They always have a really great mixture of well known brands and also new brands which I love discovering. It really is such a treat to get my box every month!

They often give freebies / extras at random and offer great discounts regularly on collections which are always excellent value for money.

I've been buying Latest in Beauty collections boxes now for the last 3 years, they really are great value for money with such high end brands I'd never usually go out of my way to buy! Definitely one of the better beauty boxes

I recently purchased 6 items as part of the Latest in Beauty style awards offer and it did not disappoint! I received 6 high end products for under £30.00. The website was easy to navigate and the selection of products were impeccable. The order even arrived early and they gained a very happy customer!

I have been buying from Latest in Beauty on and off for a number of years. Last year I signed up for their monthly subscription box. The first couple of months were fine. However, month by month the offerings were getting poorer. I finally made a selection towards the end of the month only to receive what they describe as a surprise box, which is basically stuff that no one wants. I questioned what had happened and was given the standard response, which meant I had to return the unwanted and not chosen goods to them for a refund at my own expense. They subsequently, debited another months subscription from my bank account, which they have refunded.

I sent the unwanted goods back & have since heard nothing. No refund has been forthcoming. I have emailed them again to be sent a standard 'we'll get back to you' response.

I won't be buying from them again. There are far better offerings available now.
